Frequently asked
How do I log a meal?
Tap the microphone and say what you ate (e.g. "two eggs and a coffee"), or use the keyboard to type it. You can also add a meal manually with the + button.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Manage or cancel any time in App Store › your name › Subscriptions (iOS) or Play Store › Payments & subscriptions (Android). Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the paywall in the app and tap "Restore". Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store / Play account used for the original purchase.
How do I export or delete my data?
In the app go to Settings › Privacy & account. "Export data" emails you a copy of your data; "Delete account" permanently removes your account and associated data — see the step-by-step instructions below. You can also email us to make a request.
Voice input isn't working
Check that the app has microphone permission in your device Settings, and that you have a network connection (some recognition runs on our servers). If it still fails, you can always type or add meals manually.
Delete your account
You can delete your Talk2Fit account and all associated data directly in the app — no email or support request needed:
- Open Talk2Fit and go to Settings › Privacy & account.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete account.
Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account, meal logs, saved meals, weight history, and streaks are erased right away. There is no grace period and no way to recover the data. If you'd like a copy first, use Export data on the same screen before deleting.
Notes: deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — manage that in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings (see FAQ above). If you used Talk2Fit without signing in, your data lives only on your device and is removed by uninstalling the app. You can also request deletion by emailing talktofit@intellysoft.com from any device.
